Rename the Detroit Lions to the Michigan Misfits.

I was thinking the other day that the Detroit Lions should start all over and rename themselves the Michigan Misfits. Here’s how it work. Anyone who has issues as in criminal or just mental issues has to play for the Lions. Here are some guys I was thinking about that should be on the team:

Michael Vick
Ricky Williams
Plaxico Burress
Chris Henry
Adam “Pacman” Jones
Chad Johnson
Terrell Owens
Tank Johnson
Marvin Harrison
Charles Rogers
Antonio Bryant
Koren Robinson
Randy Moss
Cedric Benson

These are all the guys that have created so much drama for their team by off-field actions and legal troubles, it’s ridiculous. I think the new rule in the NFL trouble is if you get into legal trouble that you must play for the Detroit Lions/Michigan Misfits for two years. Also their coaches could be Michael Irvin, and Deon Sanders. Both who know about drama on a football team.

What really bothers me is these athletes have so much money then they either complain about not having enough or they get into trouble. I’ve said it before being a pro athlete isn’t a right, it’s a privilege. A privilege these guys take for granted to often. So this is my solution. Make them all play on one team and see how they get along.
