Manny in, T.O. out

Well if you had to guess what two biggest news stories in sports it wouldn’t be hard to figure out. Manny Ramirez finally resigned with Dodgers for two years making 45 million dollars. The thing that bothers me about this, is that is the same offer that’s been on the table for two months. Manny needs to hire a new agent not named Scott Boras. I use to think Boras was smart but he makes a lot of his clients look stupid like he did Manny. But I am glad it is over and now we don’t have to hear about it anymore. I really hope the Dodgers have a good season. I think they will.

The other big story of yesterday is Terrell Owens got released by the Cowboys yesterday. I have to say it, I am not surprised because T.O. is just such a distraction to any team he has ever been on or will be on. I am really interested to see who takes a chance on him. In terms of talent and ability he is one of the best I have ever seen but it is his attitude and him being a crybaby is what turns people off when it comes to him. So who knows at this point.

In other news Kurt Warner decided to stay with the Cardinals, and Ray Lewis is staying with the Baltimore Ravens. Good decisions by both guys because they are both loved by the city’s that they play for. That’s all the news from me for now.
