UNC Wins National Championship

It was a magical run by MSU beating UConn, Louisville, and Kansas to get to the biggest game of the year but on this night Ty Lawson, Tyler Hansbrough and the rest of the Tarheels proved to be too much against the Spartan. The final score was 89-72, but unfortunately I think most people knew it was over at halftime. They were up by 20 at the half and didn’t look back. Congrats to UNC on winning it’s fifth national title

However MSU, you did something that means much more then winning a title. You brought the spirit up, and the excitement back to the city of Detroit. Something the Pistons, Lions, and Tigers haven’t been able to do. MSU you made all of Michigan proud. It was an incredible run, and I know we haven’t seen the last of MSU in the Final Four. Congratulations to you guys on a wonderful season.
