Road to Wrestlemania 26- Week 4

This week on the Road to Wrestlemania was interesting because we saw the aftermath of what happened at the Elimination Chamber. Monday Night Raw started off with Edge spearing Jericho and telling him he’s going after his World Title at Wrestlemania. John Cena demanded a rematch against Batista for the title but Vince said he had to beat Batista in a non-title match later on that night to be in the main event of Wrestlemania. Legacy has definitely split up when Kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne and Yoshi Tatsu defeated Randy Orton and The Legacy. Orton attacked both Rhodes and Dibiase and left the ring by himself. The Undertaker showed up on Raw and finally accepted Shawn Michales challange for Wrestlemania. Maryse also became the new Diva’s Champion by defeating Gail Kim. The Main Event of the evening saw Batista get himself DQ’d and giving John Cena a title shot at Wrestlemania 26. The show ended with Batista beating down Cena consistantly with a steel chair. Triple H and Sheamus were not on Raw and that could be a sign of things to come.

On Smackdown Kane, Shelton Benjamin and Dolph Ziggler qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match. Michelle McCool defeated Women’s Champion Mickie James to become champion herself once again. The match was officiated by Vickie Guerrero who helped Michelle win back the title. Edge had a busy night spearing Chris Jericho and defeating The Miz in the Main Event. Batista is now officially apart of Raw and did not wrestle on Smackdown even though Teddy Long ordered him too.

The Road to Wrestlemania is getting closer and here is the official card so far for the big event.

-Chris Jericho (c) vs. Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship

-Batista (c) vs. John Cena for the WWE Championship
