Tiger Woods’ Apology

I listen to Tiger Woods’ apology this morning and I do have a little bit more respect for him admitting he was wrong. He admitted that the blame should squarely be on his shoulders and not his wife and kids. He praised his wife Elin for standing by him and thanked everyone for their continued support.

He said he was unsure of his return to golf but said when he returned he would become a better example for his athletes and for those who looked up into him in the past. He apologized to all those he offended and let down.

I really think Tiger is truly sorry and would like to right all the wrongs he has made in his life. Tiger is still one of the greatest athletes of our time but he is just like us. He is human, he makes mistakes and in my opinion if we claim to be the Christian society we say we are then we need to forgive him. I am not saying I will root for Tiger when he returns to golf but I will be happy that he is moving on with his life. Stay tuned for more on Tiger Woods.
