GSP, Machida Shine at UFC 129

-Featherweight Championship bout: José Aldo (c) vs. Mark Hominick

-Welterweight Championship bout: Georges St-Pierre (c) vs. Jake Shields
St-Pierre defeated Shields by unanimous decision (50-45, 48-47, 48-47) to retain the UFC Welterweight Championship
I really enjoyed the Aldo-Hominick fight because it was the best fight I’ve seen a long time. The GSP fight went as I thought it would. GSP would outlast Jake Shields for five rounds giving Shields his first lost in 6 years. And finally Lyoto Machida has ended the legendary career of Randy Couture. Couture had a great career but now gets to enjoy the fruits of his labor. UFC 129 was awesome and I really hope UFC keeps bringing the fans stacked cards.
