Frank Thomas Retires
After playing 19 years in Major League Baseball, Frank Thomas has deiced to retire. He played for the White Sox for 15 years and then moved on to Oakland and Toronto. He was the face of the White Sox in the 90’s and did a lot of great things with them. Most of his career accomplishments came as a member of the White Sox and those include:
-Five time All-Star selection (1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997)
-World Series champion (2005)
-Four time Silver Slugger Award winner (1991, 1993, 1994, 2000)
-Two timeAL MVP (1993, 1994)
-2000 AL Comeback Player of the Year
-1995 Home Run Derby champion
Frank Thomas will be in the Hall of Fame if you ask me. He certainly has the numbers.
