It’s always better live
Last night was the first time in nine years I have gone to a Detroit Tigers game. I know it’s kind of crazy I don’t go more often. It was the third time I’ve been to a Tigers game and it’s the third time they have lost. Ichiro had a home run, Carlos Guillen had a home run and Justin Verlander had 10 strikeouts. I love the atmosphere of Comerica Park. There was one point where the Wave went around like 4 or 5 times. It’s one of the most beautiful parks I’ve ever seen and been too. The Television doesn’t do it justice.
I’ve always said that about sporting events. It’s way better watching it in person then it is on TV. At least thats how it’s always been for me. We had really good seats. We sat on the third baseline by the foul pole. I got to watch Verlander warm up in the bullpen and saw a few other guys warm up as well. It was a really fun experience going to the Tigers game last night. It was also kind of cool seeing Ford Field which is a place I will probably never go to unless the Carolina Panthers come to town.
Well that’s all from me about my night in Detroit. I hope to go back to more games in the near future. Go Tigers!!!
