Pudge Rodriguez still unsigned

The one time Detroit Tiger Catcher and future Hall of Famer, Pudge Rodriguez is still unsigned. I am actually quite shocked by this because Pudge is a great catcher who can throw anyone out at anytime. Although his batting production has gone down over the last few years, he’s starting to come alive in the World Baseball Classic for team Puerto Rico.

Why on earth would someone not be smart enough to sign him. He’s still a capable player and can still do some great things for a struggling team out there. I’ll be very curious to see what will happen closer to opening day in baseball. Until then we can only wait and see and find out.
